If you get damaged under half of your health, you are crippled. You cannot drive, shoot or do any harsh movements. You can get someone else to drive you though. If you are crippled then you need to phone the hospital and ask for a medic. They will come to your location and lead you to a health kit and be fully healed. You cannot pick up ANY health if you are crippled since it will be ineffective and you have a too harsh of a wound.
